Please note that all services are provided virtually through Sessions Health, an easy to operate HIPAA compliant virtual platform. Upon onboarding, all clients will receive an invitation to a secure online portal. The portal offers the meeting link, messaging, booking and appointment management, billing, and more. Due to licensing limitations, psychotherapy services are offered to individuals and families who are Massachusetts and Rhode Island residents only. EF coaching services are offered to clients living in any state.
Getting Started
15 min Complimentary Introduction Call
No Charge
Carly Loureiro invites you to engage in a 15 minute complimentary phone call to get a better feel for what treatment may look like for your specific goals, ask questions, and to discuss whether or not your needs are appropriate for services.If you decide to move forward, the next session would be an Initial Psychotherapy & Coaching Intake.
Initial Psychotherapy & Coaching Intake
$250/60 min session
This is the first session to gather important and relevant information before your unique treatment plan is formed. Intakes consist of up to 60 minutes with Carly Loureiro to get an in depth perspective of the client’s history, presenting challenges, goals, etc. The intake fee includes reviewing intake paperwork and shared external documents such as neuropsychological evaluations, IEP’s, etc. that will impact treatment planning.
Psychotherapy
Individual Psychotherapy
$180/45 min session
One on one sessions with you and Carly Loureiro. Treatment plans will be created to honor client goals using an approach that feels approachable and manageable. Whether you are task oriented and someone who prefers “homework”, or someone who appreciates sessions to be more open-ended and unplanned, Carly will work with you to identify the best course of action for your individual wants and needs.
Structural Family Therapy
$220/45 min session
This service is typically offered to existing clients where communication challenges are creating a disruption in the home and/or within the family dynamic. Parent(s)/guardian(s) and child/young adults meet together with Carly Loureiro to address presenting challenges, identify action steps and continue to meet until there is improvement.
Coaching
Executive Function (EF) Coaching
$180/45 min session
EF coaching is appropriate for individuals ranging from middle school through adulthood who are looking to overcome procrastination and improve their organization, scheduling, time management, goal setting, and routine building skills. Examples of targeted skills are as follows:

Creating and following a routine and/or timeline

Maintaining a calendar system

Staying on top of daily tasks and chores

Managing an academic course load

Breaking down daunting tasks into more approachable steps

Managing personal and professional meetings and appointments

Parent Coaching
$180/ 45 min session
Parent coaching can be a stand alone service, or may come recommended by Carly Loureiro as an “add on” to an existing client’s therapy and/or executive function coaching service. For example, if a newly taught EF skill involves a parent or caregiver’s involvement, then this service would be recommended. Other examples of parent coaching opportunities are as follows:

Other Services
Collateral Communication and Consulting
With consent given, Carly Loureiro can engage in any collateral communication that benefits the wellbeing of her clients. Examples of collateral communication/ consultation opportunities are as follows:

Speaking with medical/ other mental health providers including primary care physicians, psychiatrists, therapists, etc.

Collaborating with classroom teachers, school counselors and other school personnel

Attending and participating in school IEP and 504 meetings
